All 39 tools are free with no card, so nothing on this page applies unless you have chosen to pay us.
Fourteen-day refund
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, email billing@tekhx.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not put you through a retention conversation. Refunds are processed the same business day and reach your card in 5–10 days depending on your bank.
This applies to your first payment on a plan. If you have been billed for months and forgot to cancel, tell us anyway — if the account plainly went unused we will refund the most recent period rather than argue about it.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time, in one click, from your account.
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut you off the moment you cancel and we do not pro-rate the remainder away.
- Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your presets and history stay available on the free tier where the free tier supports them.
Renewals
Plans renew automatically so the service does not stop working without warning. We email you before a renewal, not after it — 7 days ahead for a monthly plan and 30 days ahead for an annual one, with the amount and the date, and a one-click cancel link in the message.
If a price ever changes, existing customers keep their current price for at least one full billing period after being told, and the increase is opt-in for an annual plan already paid for.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we retry over several days and email you. Access continues throughout that window rather than stopping on the first failure — an expired card is not a reason to lock you out of work you are in the middle of.
Statutory rights
Nothing here reduces rights you have under your own consumer law. If your jurisdiction gives you a longer cooling-off period or a stronger remedy than this page describes, that applies instead.
Chargebacks
Please email us first. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months; a refund takes a day and we will almost always simply issue one. We have no interest in keeping money from someone who does not want the product.
